Description：

Stainless steel worm gear clamps are widely used in pipe and hose connections. It adopts a worm gear transmission mechanism to evenly tighten the clamp by tightening the screws to ensure sealing and stability.

Stainless steel worm gear clamps are made of stainless steel, which exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and low-temperature strength, along with outstanding mechanical properties. It can be easily processed at room temperature through deep drawing, bending, and other operations without hardening after heat treatment. Notably, the stainless steel 304 material complies with food safety standards, containing over 8% nickel and no lead, ensuring environmental friendliness and safety.

Components:

 - Band: It is made of stainless steel with high strength and corrosion resistance. 

 - Worm Gear & Screw: the worm (adjusting screw) meshes with the worm wheel, and rotating the screw can evenly tighten or loosen the band. Generally, cross-slot or slotted screw heads are used for easy operation with a screwdriver.

 - Housing: fix the worm gear structure to ensure uniform force and prevent the band from twisting or slipping.
