High strength hose clamp

It is a kind of heavy duty hose clamp designed for fastening hoses and joints. Compared with hollow or punched strip band, its fully solid metal strip (usually made of stainless steel or carbon steel) has significantly higher tensile strength and deformation resistance, and can withstand long-term loads under extreme pressure conditions. Its single bolt  design (fixed and locked at one end) not only simplifies the installation process, but is also particularly suitable for narrow working conditions with limited space.

The high strength hose clamp is widely used in connection parts with strict requirements on vibration tolerance, such as the sealing and fixing of heavy truck exhaust pipes, the docking of high-pressure pipelines in hydraulic systems, and key scenarios such as oil pipelines that require impact resistance and anti-loosening.
