Corrosion-resistant plated iron construction with reinforced machine bolts and hex nuts for secure, long-lasting hose connections.
Description:
The double bolt clamp features a forged malleable iron construction with dual-serrated gripping ridges for superior hose retention. The reinforced bolt lugs provide exceptional resistance to bending deformation, while corrosion-resistant hex nuts ensure secure fastening. The dual-bolt design provides superior clamping force and even pressure distribution, while the industrial-grade fasteners ensure reliable performance in demanding applications.

Double bolt clamp Features:
- Dual-Serrated Inner Grip Surface
Precision-engineered parallel ridges provide 360° positive hose retention
Creates fail-safe anti-slip contact points even under vibration
- Structural Bolt Lug Reinforcement
Forged shoulder design prevents misalignment during tightening
Maintains clamping integrity at specified torque values
- Critical Pre-Installation Requirement
Measure hose outer diameter (OD) with calipers at multiple points
Always order clamps based on actual measured OD, not nominal size

How to install the double bolt clamp:
- Inspect the Pipe Surface
Ensure the pipe/hose end is clean, smooth, and free of debris to prevent leaks or damage.
Verify there are no sharp edges that could cut into the sealing surface.
- Align and Position the Clamp
Place the two clamp halves around the hose/pipe, ensuring proper alignment.
Insert the bolts through the reinforced lugs, making sure they seat fully.
- Secure the Clamp
Hand-tighten the nuts first to ensure the clamp is evenly seated.
Use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten the nuts to the specified torque value.
Critical Check: Ensure the oval neck of the bolt fully engages with the bolt hole for proper load distribution.
- Final Verification
Confirm the clamp is centered and evenly tightened on the hose/pipe.
Do not over-torque, as this may deform the clamp or damage the hose.
