Description:

SS American type hose clamp is also known as worm drive clamps stainless steel. It is a versatile and widely used clamping device designed to secure hoses onto fittings, pipes, or nozzles. It consists of a stainless steel band with perforations and a worm gear (screw mechanism) that tightens the clamp when turned.

Material:

W4 - All parts stainless steel 201 or 304. (screw, hosing and band)   

Feature:

 - The worm drive clamps stainless steel material made from stainless steel (typically AISI 304 for corrosion resistance). Resistant to rust, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for harsh environments.

 - The perforations band engage with the worm gear (screw) smoothly, allowing for incremental adjustments and uniform pressure distribution around the hose, and reducing the risk of overtightening, which can damage hoses.

 - The worm gear design screw engages with the perforated/serrated band, allowing fine adjustments for optimal clamping force. Unlike fixed clamps (e.g., ear clamps), you can tighten or loosen it in small increments for a perfect fit.
