The rubber u clamp features a galvanized U-band with an integral EPDM rubber lining, combining structural strength with superior vibration damping and noise suppression. Its 12mm or 15mm band width provides optimal load distribution while protecting pipes from abrasion, with an operational temperature range of -20°C to +110°C for reliable performance in HVAC, industrial, and automotive applications. The non-metallic contact surface prevents pipe damage and corrosion, while the adjustable bolt system ensures secure, vibration-resistant mounting for both plain and insulated pipes.
